Tantsu TM and Home Spa Watsu® Copyright 2005 by Harold Dull

Tantsu TM (40 min)

Harold Dull started developing Tantsu simultaneously with Watsu to bring the benefits of Watsu’s nurturing holds and cradles back onto land. In the complete session presented on this DVD the receiver is cradled throughout while chakras and points are held and meridians stretched.

Home Spa Watsu  (23 min)

Just as Watsu took Zen Shiatsu into the Water and Tantsu brought Watsu back onto land, Home Spa Watsu takes Tantsu into the Water. In the close quarters of a home spa the space lost for Watsu’s more expansive moves is compensated for by the spa benches support for powerful stretches and holds. A complete sequence is presented.

Tantsu for Two  (12 min)

A short sequence in which two practitioners cradle and work with someone between them is presented.

Zen Shiatsu – Face Down  (9 min)

Zen Shiatsu combines easily with Tantsu. A face down sequence is presented by Linda De Lehman which can introduce and prepare for the Tantsu.
